Framelord consulted on an alteration to an existing life-size character sculpt for a major European theme park.

The existing model was scanned in 3D and a digital copy was then altered to add a smile to the character. A digital mold was then created using the new sculpt and CNC’d from MDF, so that a new fiberglass section of the face could be created and seamlessly added in to the  existing model.

The digital elements of the work were completed remotely, necessitating extreme accuracy in the creation of the digital mold.
